Hi all

I'm hoping for some advice or experience

I am ttc my first and have been for quite some months and wanted to start trying raspberry leaf tea

However everything I've found contains hibiscus which I've heard is a no no?

Can anyone advice? Is the amount of hibiscus high in these teas shall I avoid all together? What's your advice and experience?

Greatly appreciated

Thank you

I thought raspberry leaf tea was to get labour going?

Personally I have only heard of drinking raspberry leaf tea to ease period pain and to encourage labour when in the final weeks of pregnancy.

Years ago I tried raspberry leaf tablets for period pain and it did help.

More recently I drank loads of it hoping to encourage baby to arrive but it made no difference.

So, I really wouldn't bother with it for aiding conception.

It's also supposed to be good for postnatal healing but never heard of it for conception

I've read a few places now that say it helps with conceiving by making uterus more fertile etc.
I guess it's probably just one of those things? I'm willing to try anything really lol
