So being an absolute idiot I tested today at 4dpo 😆!

What’s the earliest you’ve tested just because you have to?

I really don’t know why I did it !

I'm sure I read somewhere 8dpo with the most sensitive test.
Which of course means I tested at 8 this month like a silly thing! There was a shadow (my husband saw it so I was mental)....resulting in me testing every day since Grin obviously negatives.

I've just started lightly bleeding like AF is on the way a bloody week early, so lesson learned! Next cycle I'm waiting until at least 11dpo. Don't do it to yourself, it's torture.

It is absolute torture. I know I’ll do it again though!

I would say day 10 that's when I tested and got a positive. So tempting to test earlier lol

Only on cycle 2, last cycle tested at 10dpo but only as I felt really sick otherwise I would have tried to hold out. Learnt my lesson though as it was positive, stayed positives for nearly a week then af arrived :( so this cycle I'm determined to test later but not sure I have the will power!

Treaclepie19 · 13/06/2019 15:04

I used to test from about 8dpo. 3 pregnancies later and I know the earliest I can test is 10dpo and it will be super faint.

XjustagirlX · 13/06/2019 19:40

I know the feeling. I tested at 6dpo. I wasn’t disappointed with a negative though coz I knew it would be negative. But by doing the test I felt like I was being productive and getting it out of my system.

Oh I'm shocking for it, I'm obsessed with testing even when there's like zero chance I'm pregnant Blush

I always test early! I know i shouldn't but i can't help myself. However i do know that it doesn't really matter about the strength and lines getting stronger as i have lost pregnancy that with both faint and strong lines.

AcesHigh666 · 13/06/2019 21:30

I’m already thinking about when I can test again!

10dpo was when I got a very faint BFP, negative on 9dpo.

Mabellavender · 14/06/2019 06:57

Last two pregnancies I started testing at 8dpo but didn’t get a line til 10dpo.

userabcname · 14/06/2019 07:04

My first pregnancy I tested at 10dpo - nothing. 12dpo - bfp! This time I got a faint line at 9dpo and it progressively darkened every 24 hours. I'm rubbish for POAS - i did it pretty much every day!

Hmmmbop · 14/06/2019 11:33

I tested at 7dpo as I had an appointment to donate blood so thought I'd do one and be able to honestly say I wasn't pregnant when asked. Imagine my shock when it was positive! Very faint but clear enough for me and DH to see it. That faint line is now 5 months old!

Hmmmbop · 14/06/2019 11:34

With my first pregnancy I didn't get a whiff of a line until 12dpo.
