Is it normal to have irregular ovulation?

Hi everyone

Been TTC #1 for about 8-9 months, started temping last month and doing OPKs 2 months ago.

Since coming off the pill last September my periods have ranged from 28-35 days, which I know is in the normal range. Since I've started OPKs, I ovulated on CD 21 in April and on CD 14 in May, but my luteal phase has been exactly 14 days both times, meaning AF arrived on CD 35 in April and CD 28 in May.

Is this normal? Should I be worried at all? Maybe my body is still adjusting post-pill.

Any advice appreciated :) xx

Mine was more all over the place than that before I conceived DD. They hadn’t really settled down from coming off the pill before I got my bfp. With a nice long, regular luteal phase it doesn’t sound like a problem at all.

Thanks @crazychemist! That's good to know. I guess as long as I keep tracking thru OPKs and temping I should know when/if ovulate. Thanks for the reassurance :) xx
