False positive CB early detection

Hi ladies,

This is only our 2nd month of TTC and yesterday I took a CB early detection test, it took longer than the 3 mins for the dye to go along but when it did the line was faint but was there! This morning to be sure I took a CB digital early detection with it giving a non pregnant result has anyone had anything similar?

Thinking it's best to wait til Sunday to see if I get my period, and test again.

The digital tests are far less sensitive than dye tests. Buy a pink dye (first response is best) and try that. Good luck!

Firstly, blue dye tests are notorious for false positives/ bad evaps. Don't use them. Get a decent pink dye one.

Secondly, different tests have different sensitivities, digitals tend to be much less sensitive than non-digital but it's brand, and type specific (e.g. clear blue digital is less sensitive than clear blue digital with weeks indicator).
