Seven seas pre-conception

Hi, I bought some of these today as I saw they were recommended.

Can anyone tell me how they're any better than boots folic acid? I normally just take the boots ones.
I see there are a few more vitamins in the seven seas ones, but is there enough in there to get the recommended daily allowance of each? Or am I just paying extra for not much more benefit?
Thanks

The only one that matters is folic acid and only until the 27th day of conception as this is when the neural tube is completed.

You are indeed paying for little benefit. A single brazil nut will give you more selenium than you need, vitamin D in the summer months is better obtained by sitting in the sun for 15-30 min without burning, the vit B12 seems very low (1.5) to me as I take 1000 daily as I have a plant based diet.

You would be better off spending that money at the veggies section of your supermarket and making sure you have a diet high in a variety and quantity of vegetables.

Thanks, that's what I thought. I'll use them now that I have them, then go back to plain folic acid.
