Anyone in the final few days of the 2ww?

I've never made or posted on a 2ww thread before but read a lot of them. I flit between a 26-28 day cycle. The 12th will be 26 days. Father's Day would be 30 days. Anyone else hoping for a Father's Day BFP!!?

@user1199 CD27 that's exciting how many days do you average normally - what dpo are you approx. I'm approx cd27 / 12dpo but my cycles can be up to 32 days long. I have had a positive test at 12dpo in my previous pregnancy. I don't want it to end as we are NTNP so it might be months before I am here again

Are you going to test today User? I've tested again this morning (faint line) and I've run another test under the tap just to see if it's standard for all tests to have a faint line. It's just not getting darker. There's another thread where someone had exactly the same tests and results as me but it turned out they were wrong, so I'm going to wait (and get a frer)

@Greyworm what day are you on now? Sounds like a good idea to try a different test.
It's day 29 for me was so tempting to test with this mornings wee but I'm hanging on in there for a Father's Day test tomorrow. Hope I'm not building it up too much in my head. I've not told OH I'm late yet

I was due on last Sunday. Here's the photo. Looking like a positive now. Phew. Hope it sticks. Can I stay here for a bit incase it doesn't?? I'll try again next time then!! Fingers crossed though. And for you all!! Guess which one was water and which one wasnt!

I think I'm going to test tomorrow morning. That would make me 15DPO and CD28, I usually have a 29 day cycle and af arrives on day 30. Does this sound okay? Or too early? Or should I just wait and see if af arrives? WWYD? 😩

@campervan00 I'd try and wait but I'm so impulsive I wouldn't be able to stop myself from testing early! (which is why I have the massive multipack of cheapo tests)

Hey ladies! I would try and hold out as soon as possible. I tested early at 10dpo and although there was a faint line which was nice to see, I didn't really believe it or feel totally convinced until doing a digital yesterday! It took all the excitement out of it really as it was a slow and gradual realisation over a few days rather than a big 'bam you're preg!' x

@fancyfuchsia I'm not very good with the DPO thing because I don't do OPK tests what day of the cycle did you get your clear BFP? Was is when AF was just due or after.

I've just got a boots own brand test hoping it is sensitive enough.

Congrats greyworm, that's definitely positive. I'll keep my fingers crossed that it sticks. @campervan I have no will power so will be poas tomorrow, at only 10dpo estimated, so 5 days before af. I'll use a frer. I'm then hoping to not retest until day af is due.

I can't believe it! Didn't sleep a wink last night and got up at the crack of dawn due to nerves! Over two years ttc and two mc's. Please stick baby! Please!

!! Let's hope they stick!! Amazing news! Still early days for those who haven't had AF but BFPs. I was a few days late before BFP and its still quite faint!

I’m due on tomorrow and genuinely have no idea which way it will go!

On the one hand I’ve had really sore boobs all week which I don’t tend to get with periods, I’m not as spotty or grumpy as usual at this point in my cycle and I had the tiniest bit of spotting at the start of the week which would match up to implantation bleeding and haven’t had the usual spotting I get before coming on properly.

On the other hand, I’ve had 3 negative tests, my nausea turned out to me an upset tummy and I just don’t ‘feel’ it. I think it may be a cruel trick of my brain but I will keep you posted over the next few days, I’m trying not to get my hopes up!

Keeping everything crossed for those yet to test!

I would have been 2-4 days late when I tested and the positive an up clear and fast. Hope the same happens for you, keep us updated.

So af came yesterday, 5 days early. That's me out. Good luck to all those with bfp!
