Hi Guys I'm pretty regular 28 day cycle but this time at 8 days late (cd36)I tested clearblue digital bfn .. then 10 days late I got very light spotting, no cramps whatsoever. I'm on my 3rd day cd 39 of light spotting , I'm exhausted, bloated and emotional . . I've read about implantation but trying not to get my hopes up.. when would you recommend to test again or has anyone ever experienced this? We're on our first ttc ... I'm also wondering does evening primrose oil , castpr oil pack and cod liver oil effect cycle I've used those from ad to of day last month. I feel like I'm going mad in limbo!!!! Thanks!!
