So, I have very irregular periods and am being tested for pcos. I'm currently on cycle day 53 and have had this result this morning.

What do you think? Xx

Yes @JenMumma that's where I can see it. It's a lot clearer and pinker in person think I will give it a few days and test again x

Looks just like my first positives!
I always get proper squinters.

bri7ney · 08/06/2019 19:48

@Treaclepie19 ohh I do hope so! I had a miscarriage last year and that was a definite bfp no doubt about it. So new to this whole faint lines thing xx

Treaclepie19 · 08/06/2019 21:25

@WineOrGin yes taken one tonight and we can deffo still see a line but it is just as faint if not fainter.

I have spent all day feeling so sick and have spent the day in bed so thought it would have been a lot darker by now.

Just want to know either way and thank you xx

Do a first morning urine one, always the clearest. Hope all is okay x

bri7ney · 11/06/2019 14:47

So I was going to retest on Friday but have been having pains that are similar to my period pains but down really low. And I have just had a tiny bit of pink when I wiped just now.

I don't know what this could be? If it's my period then it's very early because I normally have one every 4 months. That's why I'm being tested for pcos. So would be very early if it is?

OP posts:
Hmmmbop · 11/06/2019 16:42

bri7ney if you've ovulated, you'll have a period 14 days after that, so whilst this would be unusual timing for your period, if you are certain you ovulated then you are due a period. It's virtually impossible to ovulate and not have a period 22-14 days later (unless you are pregnant). PCos causes sporadic ovulation.

However, having said that, I can see a line, so this link is either the start of your period (and a faulty test), a chemical pregnancy or implantation bleeding. I hope it's the latter.

bri7ney · 11/06/2019 17:23

Thank you @Hmmmbop I'm not sure I ovulated as I have such long cycles so find it hard to track.

I thought maybe a chemical as that would explain the second test not getting much darker. Although I'm hoping it's implantation as I am not bleeding only pink creamy discharge. Sorry for tmi!

Will wait and see and test again if nothing changes

Xx

Thank you @Mrsmummy90

I've officially been told I have pcos today and being put on metformin to help with ovulation, so hopefully next time will stick. Xx
