How many DPO am I? When can I test?

If I had a positive OPK Saturday morning and evening. Would I class Sunday as my ovulation date? I don’t temp so can’t pinpoint exactly.
DTD Sunday afternoon so hopefully I caught it! 😱
Also, when can I test safely? As don’t want to test too early and get a negative when it’s actually positive if I had waited etc.

Without temping it's difficult to confirm. Most women ovulate 12-36 hours after their positive OPK, but sometimes your body can gear up to ovulate and then not manage it, in which case you would still get a positive OPK but no ovulation. I've tried to do some research into this to find out how common it is but had much luck as I might be in this position this month.

Have you been looking for other signs as well such as CM? As that might help to pinpoint when it happened.
