Hi @Popsiclewopsicle I've started taking this, 200mg a day. I buy the health through nutrition ones from amazon. They are expensive, around £20 a month! Ubiquinol is better than coq10 I've heard.

Only just started, had about a month so far but am taking this month off as had the hsg dye test yesterday but hopeful they might help as I had a mmc in April.

Good luck 🤞

Hi, I started to take Ubiquinol in October after a miscarriage in June. It was by Jarrow (200mg) from Amazon. It was about £40 for 60 tablets at that time but has gone up a bit now.
Then I went on to CQ 10 at the start of the year (just because I couldn’t afford ubiquinol at the time). I fell pregnant this March and am currently 15 weeks and keeping everything crossed.
I’ve heard it does wonders to improve egg quality. I stopped once I became pregnant.
Fingers crossed for you xxxx

Brilliant stuff - my partner and I both took it before TTC DD along with maca and we conceived her on the 2nd cycle. I've tried attaching a pic of the ones we used.
