Hello, looking for a little bit of comfort really.

Me and my partner had a bit of a cry the other night, nothing seems to be happening and I feel like there's something wrong with me maybe?

We both want a baby so so bad it's just leaving me feeling empty really 😢

Any advice on how to go about day to day without obsessing??

Today was ovulation day so we DTD today, yesterday and on the 1st and 2nd and will also tomorrow. Does that seem enough?

Hugs and baby dust to everyone, fingers crossed for this month...

Morning - I’m really sorry to hear it’s getting you down.
I think we’ve all been there at one point or another.
It sounds like you’re tracking your cycle if you know when O was; can I ask how you’re doing it (different methods have varying degrees of accuracy).

DH and I have been through the same emotions; getting upset, getting angry, planning our lives with military precision all to have our first child (and we still aren’t there yet).

My realisation this month was; it’s going to happen or not and anxiety and stress aren’t going to help, so I’ve decided to stop worrying about it.

If you feel you’d benefit from some peace of mind that you’re both on a level playing field, why don’t you get a fertility MOT?

Sending massive hugs, I know it can feel like a lonely place but this community is very supportive, so keep reaching out if it helps :)

Good luck!

Sorry you're having a hard time; it can be really hard. How long have you been trying for?

One thing I would say is that the best advice I got was to have sex every other day rather than every day as it allows your partner time to "refuel". This was advice from a fertility specialist - I followed it and got pregnant the next month.xx
