I got a smiley face on Tuesday night, Wednesday morning and Wednesday night. This morning (Thursday) the smiley face had gone. I found EWCM from Wednesday morning.

Does anyone know when I would have ovulated? Does the smiley face mean I’m about to ovulate so as soon as the smiley face disappears then I’ve ovulated, so in this case did I ovulate sometime between Wednesday night and Thursday morning?

Hoping I’m in with a chance this month as we had sex on Sunday night, Monday night and Wednesday morning, plus we’ll have sex again tonight (Thursday).

If your smiley face was static then your ovulation peak started at the very least Tuesday night. The best indicator is when it’s flashing as it warns you when your about to ovulate. You have a good chance since sperm survive for extremely long time (up to 7 days in some cases) so even if you ovulated earlier your covered. Remember the static stays on CBOPK test for 48 hours so there’s no need to retest. I always use the strips too to verify I’m ovulating. Good luck!

Thank you. What does ovulation peak mean? Sorry if that’s obvious but this is the first month I’ve tried them.

Also, I didn’t find ewcm until Wed morning. So I.m concerned that the sperm from Sunday and Monday nights wouldn’t have survived, as I’ve read that sperm can only survive in ewcm and dies off quickly if there is no ewcm there.
