Am I out? Af is a week late, I tested on Tuesday on a frer and it was a bfn, have a 32 day regular cycle never been late before, first real month of actual trying and tracking, have all the symptoms (unless in my head). Anyone else going crazy, I want to test again but don't want to get my hopes up! Help!

Might sounds silly but are you sure you ovulated 18 days ago - do you check with temps? Sometimes you can get a positive OPK and show signs of ovulation but your body was just preparing for it and an egg was never released. If you've confirmed ovulation with temping, I'd say hang in there and don't lose hope til AF arrives!

@lewk thanks yeah I'm sure I did as I do track each month,but maybe I didn't! No idea what's going on but thank you I will test again at the weekend x
