Anyone else want to jump on board the July bus? AF has just arrived for me after being 2 days late!

Anyway here's my info:

I think maybe your right about your other half saying that... maybe so he just doesn't have to talk about it. I think sometimes it affects the men more than we think. Mine has said to me that he doesn't ask/talk about it a lot but he does really want another baby, he's just trying to stay positive for me. So tough isn't it x

@mumof1hants Yes, I also think that too. I know how happy he was when we got our bfp in dec but when I'm feeling that way out I often take it as him not being interested or not wanting the same thing. Even though I know it's so not true!!!! Yes it is very tough... x

@mumof1hants yes book a holiday I booked a week in September to Portugal so I’m hoping this is my month too as I will be 14 weeks then to fly if not I could be either 10 weeks 6 weeks or not pregnant 🙈🙈

Yes I have used the CB once @mommato3 and I had 13 flashing smileys so it really stressed me out. Now I just use the cheapie opks. Maybe do something different this month though, either CB again or nothing at all. Last month was a year of ttc and was a particular mind 🤬.

I’m so sorry about the mc to all who’s had them. Life can be so cruel at times 💗.

What is everyone going to try different this month? I was told by a friend of mine who got pregnant after 4 months to just BD on the day of your Peak(so static smiley with CB digital 4 day) and the 2 days after. So only 3 times in the whole month. Has anyone tried this? The last 2 months I have Ovulated on CD 17 and BD in April on CD 8,10,12,13,16 and 17. Last month we BD CD 8,11,13,16 and 17.

3 days in a row would be tough I'd say it ends up being a chore

Just had an early miscarriage/chemical (not sure of the terms dr referred to it as an em but seen a lot of comments calling it a cp) bleeding started Saturday and still going (long for me) so hoping this next cycle is not too irregular and 🤞🏻 it's a lucky one!

@Abi58 Sorry to hear about your Chemical.

We are a supportive bunch here so you picked the right thread. Our plan this month is to help each other not to test until at least 14 DPO.

Are you doing OPKS to confirm O?

@Sophieb15 thank you. Devasted and quite upset, feel a bit silly as it was so early and if I hadn't tested early I probably wouldn't have known.

What cycle are you on?

I will be yes, got the cb digital to test and also the one step Ic's last cycle I got a positive on cd12 so will probably start testing cd 10 to make sure I catch it. We dtd most days so it's more so I know where I am. Started last month to see if I was ovulating after the pill so I could start to get to grips with my body.

I will definately need support to wait til 14dpo! I tested at either 10/12dpo last month (wasn't 100%which day I ovulated)

I did an opk earlier out of curiosity and it's not positive but not white either like it normally is (poss from the chemical still) I know you can always get a line butter month only went faint and then to a line then fainter to nothing after ov.

@Abi58 what are one step lc's? Are you using the CB 4 day ones? I find them the easiest to use. You get a flashing smiley first which gives you your most fertile days and then you get a static smiley when it detects the LH Surge and they say you ovulate 12-24 hours after getting the static smiley. It's handy to know when you ovulate as then count 14 days after that and if you haven't got AF then test.

I had my implant out on the 10th Jan this year and waited until I got AF in feb to start trying so this is cycle 5 for me. I have a 3 year old already.

If it helps in anyway my friend started trying in Oct had a chemical in December and conceived again in Feb She is now 17 weeks and all is going well. So it happened nearly straight away again for her so fingers crossed this month will be lucky for all of us.

@Sophieb15 sorry I've been reading on here so much and got lazy with my typing 😂 ic is internet cheapy - one step is the particular brand you can get them on EBay and amazon.

I think so it does the flashing smiley 😁 got it too late last cycle so not had chance to try it yet.

Sounds like you got back into regular cycles quite quickly which is good.

My cycles were a bit weird to be honest I took 29 days to get AF after implant then I had 28 day cycle a 26 day cycle 29 again and this month was 30 days. But If I confirm my O if I haven't got AF 14 days after then I know I'm in with a chance so handy to know O day. How long did yours take to get back to normal?

I've gone cross eyed from the last 5 months reading the internet. Now I'm just sticking to talking to the ladies in the same situation on here.

Because I O'd on CD 17 last 2 months I'm going to wait until CD 12 this month to start OPKS I only have 8 left so it be handy if I have enough for next month too just in case

Erm I still don't know if I am and with the chemical I have no idea what's going to happen now.

I stopped the pill mid March. Had no withdrawal bleed. Finally bled (assuming af) on 3rd May, lasted 2 days as per my pill bleeds. Then got my positives and now here I am. Hoping it's fairly regular, like you I'll track ov and go from there!

I might be obsessed 😂 I think I have all of them! They are all predicting different so I figure one must be right and take an average of them haha. I'm sort of using ff, kindara, glow, flow and saw someone say about Ovia so giving that a go. How about you? I sound crazy using all of those but it was only to try to find out what is happening with my body post pill, don't want to get excited and waste loads of money on tests to not have even ovd or be back to 'normal' lol.

That's sounds like a plan! I had positive opk on cd 12 and ovd between then and cd 14.

@Abi58 Your only on cycle 2 so.

I started with a few apps but after the first month I changed to one It's just called period tracker and as long as I input all the information from previous months it tells me exactly when I am due. I put in when I get my static smiley and at the start of this month I have changed my LP now to 14 days so then if I'm late it tells me to take a pregnancy test. It was predicting mine based on previous months but a normal LP is 14 days so i changed it. You will drive yourself crazy with all those apps and you may be forgetting to put information into one of them.

What length was cycle this month?

I feel when I ovulate and its quite painful so I nearly know down to the hour

@Sophieb15 yeah and no idea what's normal for me. I wasn't sure if classes as 2nd or 3rd. When I stopped the pill I had had breakthrough bleeding that month from missing a couple but no withdrawal. Then bleed/af now bleeding again. Wasn't sure when to start counting lol.

Yeah I know! I think ff is the best of them atm I just do it first thing and put in my temp if I took it and then it's only the opks.

Lp that's after ov right? So after 14 days of no af you take a test?

Oh wow! Bad that it hurts but great you can pin point it! I could feel tugs and pains but it lasted a few hours and then came and went over 3 days.

Since coming off the pill I felt sick around ov and got cramps for days I think after so long with fake hormones I was ridiculously in tune with different twinges and feelings from my real hormones.

@Abi58 I didn't count my first month while I waited because i had no idea when I would get AF or when I would O.

Ya a normal LP can be between 12-16 days but normally if its 14 days after O and no AF then your in with a chance. Ya I'm going to try hold out to test until 15 DPO from now on.

I felt sick as well for the first few months over all the different hormones but starting out this month feeling a lot better so far.

It's funny as well when your not TTC you don't notice anything but when you are you notice every twinge and symptom

That's a good idea! I'm going to try and hold out as long as possible. I may need help, my will power isn't the best haha!

Glad you're starting to feel better, it's rubbish feeling 'off' for most of the month.

Totally agree! Now every twinge ache niggle I over analyse! Hope it happens soon I'm driving myself (and probably my poor husband) mad!

My OH just tells me we have loads of time. But we don't really because we are hoping to get married sept 2021 and I want at least a year to get skinny beforehand
