July bus

Anyone else want to jump on board the July bus? AF has just arrived for me after being 2 days late!

Anyway here's my info:

TTC: #2
Cycle: 3
Age: 37
CD01
AF/BFP due: 3rd July

Hoping this is our lucky month! Fingers crossed for everyone x

@Sophieb15 yes CD 17 for me, will do another test after work to see if it’s the same or not? It’s strange, one half of the test line is as dark as the control line. Glo at first reckons it’s a negative, took another picture, reckoned it was positive so hopefully after work it’ll be darker.

Have to start BD some more though, as my previous ones a bit out now if ovulation is not until tomorrow/Wednesday

It’s bloody dead at work, so it’s all I’m thinking about lol!

@Lauralozzle I'm dead too I just read thread from start to finish to see where everyone was in cycle because there's so many ppl on here now.
Once you get your positive you need to make a plan to take your mind off it. I'm off to Pink tomorrow night and I'm off work for 2 days so i'm going to take 2 days off from the thread and I'll be back Thursday to catch up.

@Abi58 Yes come straight on here and I will tell you off haha If you ovulated on the 15th then plus 14 days you are due on the 29th so you can test 1 day before all of us on the 30th I can't test until the 1st July.
Yes you should get the Pineapple I've read just not to have it after 6DPO so if you have it tonight and then the next 4 days its worth a try.

I'm going to start eating pineapple too. I didn't realise you couldn't have it after 6dpo thanks for letting me know. I've not started opk yet going to buy TONIGHT. CD 11 and been BD every other day so far xx

@Hannah1925 Well that's what i read on one site another then says different but i just don't want to do anything to affect it so just going to eat until 6DPO. I had my first slice this morning it was nice and juicy I find CB digital 4 day the best and it's only once a day with FMU Flashing smiley is high fertility and static smiley means peak fertility which means you ovulate within 48 hours or so. You stop OPK's then once you get your Static as it stays on the holder for 48 hours.

I've done ovulation tests every month only used CB twice as they're so expensive!!! Don't know whether to buy some for tomorrow. Are they about £26 or something. It's so expensive. I've got preseed this month too and my husband is taking wellmens tablets as we think he has low sperm count without going into too much detail haha. Don't kniw if anyone else's Oh is doing the same or is having the same problem?

@Abi58 it's lighter, not much lighter, but definitely lighter. Reckon that is as close to positive as I'm getting - certainly the darkest yet. Maybe I have a super short LH surge? It was so faint this morning at 6:30ish, and so much darker at 12:00 so I'm guessing that must have been the surge. Had a massive blob of EWCM around that time too and felt very 'wet' (sorry, tmi!)

I'm counting tomorrow as ovulation day (unless I get a darker one then, but I don't reckon I will).

@Sophieb15 that's hard about the shifts... I'm assuming I work days so can't DTD in the morning or at lunchtime? We tend to go for it as soon as DC1 is in bed... otherwise I get too tired and it doesn't happen! I want to do it one last time on weds before giving up on this month. I start the month feeling quite positive - I know I've done all the 'right' things - but when tww starts I start feeling like I haven't done enough... anyone else get that?
Also, I'll be doing the lines with u!

@Abi58 Thank u. I'll wait to see what my temp does in the next few days too. Maybe it's just not for me. I think my doc would be the same as it's too. I think they'd only do a blood test if there were concerns.

@Hannah1925 I'm taking seven seas but my OH isn't taking anything atm.

@Lauralozzle I didn't have a clear positive on the IC OPKs last month but I did have one on CB. I think my LH surge is short. I read it can be just a few hrs. Maybe it's that for you too?!

@Hannah1925 it took us 3 years to have our first (not tracking and not enough BD tho)so I think maybe that could be our issue too that it could be him not me I have him taking the boots version conception for him and I’m taking the her version.

@Abi58 no I’m due the 30th but my plan is not to test until the 1st July unless AF arrives

@mumof1hants ya I work days. So I don’t even see him as he’s gone to work when I’m home. I’m feeling a bit of pressure now again today so maybe my egg only released today. I’m off tomorrow and we are off to pink so will do tomorrow morning when My little one is in Montessori and tomorrow night in the hotel just in case then I’m done for this month I’m wrecked from it. I find it so enjoyable the first couple of times then it just gets like doing the dishes 🤣
I always doubt if I could have done better than we did 🙈
Everyone will be on here doing lines in a week or so 🤣🤣🤣

@Sophieb15 I've never had o pain before but two days ago I had pain like a stitch in my left side. Could that be it? It was sharp but I had it a few times in the afternoon.
At least you're getting in a couple more times.
I think the thought of it is the thing that's hardest... when ur tired & have already done a few days in a row!
I then stress I haven't DTD enough... but I know they say not to do it every day because of sperm quality. Literally torture myself!
According to glow I'm 2dpo already. FF says I'm 1dpo but has just changed AF to 29th... I still will not test this month!!! X

New to posting, (so apologies if I dont use the acronyms right!!), thought I would join you lovely ladies on the July Bus

Been TTC since late last year, which has not gone all that smoothly. Here's a bit about me;

TTC: #3 (#1 MC in Dec, #2 Ectopic in March)
Cycle: 1
Age: 33
CD11
AF/BFP due: 3rd July

Fingers crossed, although have to say i'm rather nervous now I'm 'down a tube' following ectopic... but I'm all healed and 2 cycles down the road, so getting back on TTC this month... Come on rainbow!

@mumof1hants if you have disturbed sleep or wake at different times it can be hard to see a pattern. Just saw you are 2dpo, same as me, when is af due? And yes the sharp pain could be ovulation! 😁

@Abi58 I use all the apps and all say 29th except Glow which says 30th! Last time I ovulated on cd14 (same as this month) AF arrived a week early on cd25?! If that's the case it'd be the 27th!! I expect it'll be a longer cycle tho as last months was x

I just wondered... u said you only have one tube, does that mean you'll definitely release an egg every month still? X

@mumof1hants yes that’s what I used to have before I had my first sharp stitch like pain!! Was that on O day?

Some of the apps automatically calculate AF I would count 14 days from confirmed O day and that’s the day your due. The longest a LP can be is 16 days! So if you don’t get them by 1st July there is a huge chance you will get your BFP 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼X

@Abi58 I am the worst I normally have no will power 😁 but the tests get so expensive every month I will not buy one until I’m late from now on! Honestly the best thing you can do during the TWW is make sure you have lots on. I’m off to Pink tonight only have to work thurs and fri then I’m going on a spa day and night out with all my mommy friends on Saturday. I’ve planned cleaning and working out all next week. Then fri week I’m going to another concert 🤣🤣 the only time that I will find hard is from mom to fri in work next week if it’s quiet so I’m hoping it will be busy 🤞🏼

@mumof1hants @Sophieb15 Its quite unreal actually... the consultant said that because the ovaries are not actually that far apart, the other tube picks up eggs from the other, so apparently... yes!
(Although I am taking it with a pinch of salt, as they also said my fertility would be the same as before, but have since found out this isn't true... it's about 65% initially, then rises to 80% of previous fertility after a few months!)
Its all a bit of a blur really, as I asked these questions when I got taken in whilst rupturing in incredible pain, but I did reiterate this question after the Op to a completely different Dr and got the same response... so now thinking this advice might be correct! Good news for us one-tubers!! Xx

@Sophieb15 yes the pain was on O day. I do often fear I'm imagining it tho!

If LP is 14 days then AF will be 30th, however the month before last my LP was only 10 days. AF came on cd24! I never have short periods like that. I had a positive OPK on cd13 so it really threw me! Bizarre!!
