Days post ovulating

Hey ladies

Just curious. When do you consider your days post ovulation date? Do you count this as the first day of ovulating (your peak? Or your last day of you fertile window? Or even do you consider this the first day of your LH surge? The apps are very confusing!

If you're using opks, you'll ovulate 12-36 hours after the positive. Most people count the day after a positive as ovulation day, so that day is 0dpo, next day 1dpo etc.

My ivf clinic gave the following guidelines

If you get your peak LH test in the morning you class following day as ovulation day

If you get your peak after 4pm then it's not the next day but the day after that
