Implantation cramping 6DPO after chemical pregnancy?

Last month 7 days before my period I had implantation bleeding. I got a positive pregnancy test a few days after which ended up as a chemical pregnancy. That pregnancy wasn't planned at all but I was actually really upset, alongside my boyfriend, that it didn't stick.

Anyway, we both felt ready to try for a baby and I'm around 6DPO and roughly 7 days before my expected period. For the past three or so hours I've had very mild cramping in my lower belly, it actually feels like my uterus is loose lol. It's not painful or anything, but I do have lower back pain and a headache.

I've heard that it is easier to become pregnant after a miscarriage (my mum's doctor told her this after she had a miscarriage with my brother) and I was wondering whether anyone had similar symptoms? I haven't had any bleeding but it is a bit early for me to get AF cramps. I normally get those on the day! How soon should I start testing?
