Flooded or positive?

Following on from a weird smudgy test I posted on here last week - I've tested again and got this weird result
I know it's flooded - but is that also a line? It's definitely pink

I do t think it’s possible to say either way. Think you are better to discard it and test again

I'd discard it also and when next testing maybe pee into a clean container to dip test into? That's what I always do to avoid flooding the test

Looks flooded as there is so much due leak from control line visible. Sorry 🙁🙁 hope a repeat gives you the answer you want!

This is the repeat test but about an hour after as I thought it was negative. The faint line is pink...I've read it could be evaporation?

An hour later I wouldn’t trust - could be evap line. How many DPO?

I have no idea...had my implant out in March and never had periods for years so I'm quite new to it all! Period is due today or tomorrow I think. How would I know when I ovulate?

i had my contraception for quite sometime and could not work out my fertile days.So i got ovulation sticks from amazon which helped me work it out

I feel similar to my previous 2 pregnancies (one sadly ended in a very complicated loss) but that might just be wishful thinking

I'd get a pack of two FRER tests personally and don't wee on them. Dip them into urine for five seconds to avoid flooding. They're the most sensitive tests on the market so if these ones are positive, a FRER will have a better/more visible line.

You can track ovulation with ovulation predictor kits and other signs from your body. Even by taking your temperate each morning.

If you google it there's loads of info and apps out there. (Of course, you won't need this info if you are already pregnant!)

Thank you. I appreciate the tips - I don't want it to turn into "a thing" if that makes sense - we decided to come off contraception and see what happens. Rather than specific days etc I imagine it becomes a bit...clinical? I'll get some frer tests though and see what they say. I've just checked my 6 "negatives" out of the bin and 4 of them have faint but pink lines? I read evaporation lines weren't pink?

Those tests often show a line if they've been left for a few hours. That does not mean they are positive! This test showed a line after a few hours. I without a doubt was not pregnant at that time.

Don't look at them after the advised time.

i usually waited till i was a week late to test when we were trying to save disappointment

just make a note of when you finish your period on a calendar that will make it easier for you to track when your next fertile =)
