BBT chart - have I ovulated?

I had a miscarriage at the beginning of April and have been charting my BBT since.

I’m not sure what is going on so need some help.

May 8th was first day with negative pregnancy test
May 10th and 11th had ovulation twinges on left side
May 11th TTC
May 13th my BBT dropped
May 13th to today, temp increased a bit and has been the same for over two weeks

Compared to my post-ovulation temps when I first got pregnant (which were about 98.60F), my post ovulation temps here seem too low to be pregnant but why haven’t I got my period if I ovulated? Would appreciate any feedback

So sorry for your miscarriage Thanks from your chart I'd say you haven't ovulated yet as there's no thermal shift. I'd keep temping as you might just ovulate a bit later. Fingers crossed for you.

@lewk Thanks for your reply. With the thermal shift, do you mean that my temperature would have to go above 98.04F to show that I have ovulated? (98.04 was my temp just before that big drop)

Might not necessarily need to be above that but you'd need to see a clear pattern of a series of low temps followed by consistent higher temps x

@lewk Thanks I see what you mean. I’d been consistent at 98.04F for about 2 weeks before the dip (I just haven’t shown it in the chart because I still had HCG in my system).

I guess it will take a while for my temps to show anything meaningful while my hormones go back to normal x
