Temp tracking with Ava

Hi. This is my first month tracking temperature with Ava bracelet ( & in general) I don't have a full cycle to looks at yet - just from a couple days before ovulation to now at about 9dpo.

I had the temperature rise around ovulation time, but now have what seems like a second rise, starting about 7dpo. Has anyone else experienced something similar?

Could be a triphasic pattern which is considered a good sign (but not always unfortunately)!
You could try a frer as you're possibly 12dpo now. Good luck!

I'm not sure you have ovulated yet, fertility friend usually gives cross hairs. It might be the high reading on day 17 throwing it off, but your temperatures after ovulation would normally be higher than your pre-ov temperature.

Has ava confirmed ovulation? Could be you have a slow rise. What's your normal cycle length?

I think my lack of full month is throwing it off, so I guess I just need to be patient a bit longer. I'm reluctant to test too soon, but may have a little google about trisphasic patterns.
