Please help, I'm desperate and will do anything!

We have been TTC for 2+ yrs and I am starting IVF (just started the injections to down reg). I did a pregnancy test the day I started the injections just to make sure and it was a bfn. I did another today, 9dpo and there is THE faintest line there (might even be an evap line).

However, I would really appreciate any advice on what I can do over the next week or 2 to help make this stick (if it is actually a bfp and not an evap line). I literally just shoved a load of brazil nuts down my throat as I heard they're good! I had a cp 8 months ago and so am desperate for this to not happen again. For all I may know I may have had more unknowingly.

Any old wives tails, anything. And so sorry to sound dramatic, my head is all over the place right now!

@Zest11, the ketogenic diet is good for fertility.. if you are happy to try anything... this is something that not actually a myth. Many women get pregnant through this diet even with hormonal problems. Good luck to you!

I'd call your clinic. If you are pregnant I'm not sure what impact the injections would have.

Can you post a pic of the test?

This is a pic VenusStarr... the bottom is a bfn from a few days ago and the top is today's. The clinic said the injections won't have an impact on the baby if I got pregnant. They said it happens a lot but I think I just rolled my eyes thinking it woukdn't happen to me.

I guess all I can do is carry on with the injections and wait a few days to test again. With my history it may not stick (if it even is there!) Did a CB digital si ce and it explicitly said "not pregnant."

Glad you've had advice from the clinic @Zest11. Got my fingers crossed for you 🤞 can definitely see the line. Try a first response in a day or so.

Thank you everyone for your replies. Much calmer today. Clearly there is something there but will just have ride out the next few days and see what happens.
