That looks like a negative test to me. I can't see any dye run at all.

Can you post it without the effect? I can't see anything either I'm afraid.

No period isn't late. I'm only 9dpo

You’re definitely still in then, test in a few days and fingers crossed for you to get the result you want.

Agree with others that 9dpo is very early to be testing. If testing for LH has confirmed spike in LH then it can be 12-36 hours before ovulation actually happens and then, if the egg is fertilised, it will take another 5-10 days for implantation to happen. After implantation it will take a few days for hCG to rise sufficiently to be detectable in your urine.

Definitely wait till AF is due then test again - preferably with another pink dye test as they are less likely to produce an evap line than blue tests and are often more sensitive than blue dye tests (especially CB tests which have low sensitivity).
