Anyone just off Pill? starting TTC

I took my last pill 8th May (micrognon), now the waiting game begins I guess.

Anyone else in the same boat?

Yep, 4 months off the pill but I haven’t even got a period yet :( so frustrating

I came off of microgynon in March after being on it for 9+ years. I think it can take some women a few months to become regular again with periods. I guess I was one of the lucky ones and came on pretty much the month after but I started to use apps to track my periods and ovulation dates etc. I guess one of the great things about being on microgynon was knowing when you were going to bleed! So I felt the need to start tracking and so far the apps have been pretty regular.

I came off on the 28th April, had period from 1st to 7th of May and nothing since but no BFP 🤷🏼‍♀️ cycle day 32 today

Hi, came off the pill in January. One period which came on day 74.. nothing else as yet. 🤷‍♀️ I was on the pill for 17 years 😳

Hey, I came off the pill on 15th May and had withdrawal bleed straight after, hoping things will get back to normal quickly but feel this is unlikely :/ was on the pill about 9 years

Its reassuring others have stopped around the same time. I have been on the pill the last 9 years also.

Can you actually ovulate straight after stopping the pill? Im not 100% sure but I think I may have around the 22/23rd? No idea though

Haven't really started charting anything yet. Think we will try and just go with the flow until say August, and then go more detective like then if needed.

@Caspianberg wish I would have bought some OPKs now as I'm on cycle day 32 and nobidea what's going on 😂🤷🏼‍♀️

I am too! Taken the pill on and off for 11 years. In the times I was off it my cycles fluctuated anywhere between 26 and 36 days, so no idea when to expect AF! Currently on CD28.

I'm also really confused about ovulating. I originally thought I ovulated on cd16 due to my cervix being soft, but a few days after that I had a week of cramps, and towards the end of that an increase in EWCM, but a hard cervix. So who knows! I thought it wasn't worth using OPKs just yet, but now I wish I had.

I actually took a test this morning as I'm at a wedding tonight, but BFN.

Me too @AdoraFlora but only held urine for 3 hours and been at work all night so was pointless really 🙄

Hmm maybe i Should order some then.

Dh is travelling on and off between now and August so I am not really predicting high hopes of him even being here around ovulation dates until then.

We had said we were just going to take it easy and see what happens for the first few months...but then I went and ordered a bunch of the cheap opks off Amazon anyway I want to try and get some idea of when I actually start ovulating after the pill has gone from my system!

According to Ovia if I was having a typical 28 day cycle (unlikely) then I would be in my fertile week now, but not a sniff of any line on the opks when I’ve checked the last couple of days. I’m guessing it’s going to take a while to return things to normal! Not sure if I was regular before going on the pill anyway, can’t remember that far back tbh

Ha. I have totally just done a large amazon order!
In my defence, I live overseas atm and had to order from amazon uk for what I wanted, so they are unlikely to arrive for 2-4 weeks anyway.

Has anyone stopped alcohol and caffeine yet? I haven't had any alcohol the last month, but have been drinking tea as usual. I have an event tonight and wondering how to avoid without too many questions from friends as too why

I took my last pill on Wednesday night, we got married last Friday so now the honeymoon is over it's prep for baby for me now.
