Natural alternatives to Clomid?

Aged 36 with PCOS, no children. Symptoms are now overweight (but successfully dieting) and irregular periods. Currently taking Angus Castus and n-acetylcysteine.

Not using any contraception. Not actively trying to conceive at the moment but letting nature take its course. I don't think I am ovulating. Using a femometer and ovulation testing but so far unsuccessful - I know it's difficult to predict and measure ovulation hormones.

Any natural alternatives to clomid to try? I want to continue letting nature take its course but give it a helping hand for the next year and if still unsuccessful, will ask for clomid and start properly trying next year.

Many thanks in advance.

4g of myo-inositol for PCOS. It's a lot, but Natures Best do 1000mg tablets or I've just bought their powder to have a scoop. I have PCOS diagnosed when I was 16. I'm 33 now and came off the pill January. Only one period so far but I'm sure it's imminent.

Another supplement that has been researched for PCOS and fertility support is CoQ10. And, a water and fat-soluble form absorbs better. Myo-inositol has also been researched for PCOS support, but check over all new supplements with your doctor.
