After miscarriage - advice using digital opks

I had a miscarriage and I'm waiting for my af. I had a negative pregnancy test a week ago. I started using digital opks after the test and had a number of days of 'low' fertility. This morning I got the flashing smiley.

Is this likely to be reliable as all pregnancy hormone left my body and I'd had a number of days of the 'low'? Thanks.

Should be accurate if you had a negative pregnancy test. Sorry for your loss 💔
