Hello!

I dunno what to think.. I took two cheapie tests this morning as I was convinced that I was pregnant, as I had same symptoms as my previous pregnancy. These two tests were showing positive straight away, with FMU. Fast forward a couple hours, went out and got a frer and took another cheapie test, both looking rather negative.

Has this happened to anyone else? I'm convinced the positives aren't real now.

They look positive to me! Try the FRER and see what that says.

Samind · 26/05/2019 14:18

Haven't had much experience with IC.

Those are strong lines though. Where are you in your cycle?. Maybe needs anothe day or so on FRER.

GandTisgoodforme · 26/05/2019 14:19

Sorry meant to say I took the frer test as well, equally negative! 😅

Probably just more sensitive with FMU. Try again tomorrow morning.

GandTisgoodforme · 26/05/2019 15:18

Samind - I'm about 10/11dpo.. which leads me think that these tests are probably fibbing!

I would try again tomorrow morning with fmu, or if you can leave it another few days. By then hcg levels will have built up further if you are pregnant. Good luck!

codenameduchess · 26/05/2019 16:47

All of the tests in the photos are positive?

Later on your urine is more diluted, being as early as you are if only test with fmu.

GandTisgoodforme · 26/05/2019 17:09

The ones I took later were negative, not even a hint. Haven't taken a photo of those... thanks for all your responses so far, really appreciated

First response showed negative for me when I had a bfp on a cheapie test, I was convinced first response was correct and the cheap tests were indent lines but she's now 6 months old.
Definitely try again as I think some of the cheaper tests are more sensitive than first response.
Best of luck

Hi all

I've taken a standard Asda test today, still negative! ... 😅 x
