TTC - blood test results show low estrogen at only 24 years old :(

So myself (24yo) and my partner (26yo) have been trying to conceive for over 2 years, I recently went to the GP to see if there were any issues.
I had a blood test done on day 2 of my cycle as instructed by my GP, I had my results back and he said everything was fine except for my estrogen levels which are really low, he described it as been at the sort of level you'd expect after menapause.
Needless to say this has really got me down, he's asked me to go for another test between days 5-7 to see how the results show, if it's still low I'll be referred to a hormone specialist at the hospital.
Has anyone else had this issue at a young age? There's no family history of it. After reading the symptoms online I do tick a fair few of the boxes too :( I've read some things online and know that one thing that could be offered is HRT however my mum had a stroke at 54 caused by a blood clot so it's highly unlikely they'll allow me to have it (if I even fit into the eligible catagory)
I'm just really hoping that someone can offer some advice/share their stories of similar issues, I'm really not sure what to expect going forward and it's making me even more anxious than usual!
Thanks in advance

What was the LH and FSH level. If the oestrogen is low those will be high and that does suggest primary ovarian insufficiency. No experience but didn't want to read and run. My advice would be to do the rpt test and get referred asap regardless of the result as you have been TTC for 2 years. Good luck

He said they were around the right sort of level for fertility, that he wouldn't look at them and think they'd cause a problem. I'm really hoping that it was just a one off it being so low, though I think I'm fooling myself. I'm counting down the days until I can have my blood test again, just want answers. Everything I read online is so against everything I'd hoped. Finding it even harder having 4 friends currently pregnant, 3 becoming mums in the last 9 months and my sister in law too. So happy for them but so jealous too x

Hi @crazycatmummy sorry this is so much later, how did things turn out? I am 28 and came of the pill over 9 months ago and suspect my estrogen levels might also be low! Went to the doctor but they basically fobbed me off and said to wait another 6 months
