Hi!

Me and my partner cannot wait to become parents and are trying and have been for a little while but are yet to have a positive test!

Does anyone know of any supplements or vitamins I could take to help us along the way?

Thank you!

Try either Seven Seas Trying for a Baby or Pregnacare Conception. I don't know if they actually help you conceive but they do you the world of bood and help prepare the body for a baby. You can also try personal lubricants such as Preseed which allows sperm to swim freely through it. If you're trying for a baby you need folic acid now - not just when you get pregnant. Good luck and I hope it happens for you soon!

You might also like to try reading a book on the subject - I wish I'd read 'Taking charge of your fertility' sooner.
