Hi ladies,
I have just turned 31 years old and my husband and I have been trying to conceive for nearly a year now with no success. I just found out last week that I have PCOS and I am trying very hard to stay positive and fight it as best as I can. I have been tracking ovulation through monitoring my BBT and doing ovulation tests. My cycles range from anything between 31-51 days. I do seem to be ovulating as I am getting sustained temperature rises and I have been able to detect LH surges. I have just started making changes to my diet and lifestyle (my weight is not affected by PCOS as I am quite slim, my main issues are acne, anxiety and irregular periods). Through going gluten free and cutting down on sugar I have just had a 31 day cycle for the first time all year - not sure if it was a coincidence. Still not pregnant though.
If anyone has any tips, words of wisdom or stories of hope then please send them his way.
