Mild period ache after ovulation???

Had EWCM on Monday, then also on Tuesday I had cramping, bloating and lower back ache so I am assuming I ovulated between Monday/Tuesday - which would make me 4/5 dpo today. All day today I have had on and off period type cramps but very mild and more of an ache and much less noticeable than the pain Monday/Tuesday. What could this pain be? Has anyone else experienced this?

I've been experiencing this today! Reckon I ovulated Tuesday/Wednesday. I know it's silly to look into it being a "sign" but it does seem weird that I'm getting PMS like aches and pains at this point in my cycle... So can't offer an explanation ultimately but am here to say "me too" and hope someone comes along with some positive stories about this symptom!!! X

I noticed a few odd cramps yesterday which is unusual for me as once the first day of AF is over, I usually feel nothing until the day of ovulation pain, then nothing again until 1-2 days before AF is due. And that’s even when I’ve been symptom spotting (I know, I know) in the 2ww in previous months and still never experienced this before

Also here to say 'me too'. Ive never had it as painful as this month before, it felt unusual. It probably was nothing, just bad stomach or something, in my case I really am seeing signs in everything this week!
