Discharge confusion?

Hi ladies, I’m 4 days late for my expected period. On day 40 now! No symptoms of period coming. The last couple of days, I’ve been feeling quite ‘wet’ down below- I have had quite watery discharge on and off. Any idea what this could be? Does this sound normal this late in my cycle?

Have you taken a HPT?

Took one 2 days ago; negative
If it helps, I had EWCM from day 15 all the way to day 26.
The last couple of days I’ve had increasing amounts of watery discharge and this afternoon, I had to go to the toilet to check it wasn’t AF! So confusing

Just before I got my BFP I was so wet down there it was unreal. I'd test
