Hi guys.....so i just did early pregnancy test first response....i think im 12 days after.....i should get a period in 3 days....today i had a little bleeding and cramps so thought it arrived early.....but it stoped so i did a test and this is the result? Im I seeing right?

Is it a two lines?

I have no symptons at all......Im in shock..we were not careful for 6 months and i was sure there is something not right as nothing was happening.....
