Long Cycle, FF BBT chart, When did I ovulate?

I have had a super long cycle.. I think I had an annovulatory cycle March-April with fluctuating hormones which has meant my temperatures have been higher than usual. But now I think I've ovulated for what would have been the next cycle if I had have a period in April..

I know there are dashed cross hairs on my chart but because my pre O temps weren't my usual I'm not sure O happened when it is saying.

When do you think I ovulated?

I'm not sure it looks like you have yet, despite the crosshairs. I'd guess possibly on cd64 - did you notice your cervical mucus or any other physical signs?

@VenusStarr I have had EWCM for the last few days on and off. But CM has never been a sign for me because I get random types all through my cycles.

I had ovary pain CD63 and 64.

No other signs really.. I had sort of given up with this cycle until AF comes but then my temperatures seem to be higher than my normal so I think I may have ovulated.

My pre O temps are usually below 36.45 so this cycle is hard to judge.

@EssJayyCee I would definitely say you're just in the tww now, with the ovary pain and cm. Did you dtd around cd63/64? Fingers crossed. It must be really tough having long cycles xx

@VenusStarr I hope you're right.
We DTD cd62 morning and early evening and cd63 late at night.
Fingers are crossed but I'm not feeling hopeful!

They aren't always this long.
I get two or three just over average length cycles then a long one. My body doesn't make things easy for me. Thank you though x

@VenusStar its about 17days give or take a day. I hope so! But not feeling hopeful!

What's your chart looking like now @EssJayyCee? If you ovulated on cd64 think you'll have the 3 post ovulation temperature rises to confirm 🤞

I have ovulated at some point just not sure where exactly. My temps have stayed up. I tested today because I have been having sore boobs and mild cramps for the last 4 days but it was BFN..

That's good news. I'd say you're around 6dpo from your chart. Hopefully af doesn't arrive :)

@VenusStar I hope not but the length of this cycle I'd be happy if AF did arrive.. it's been a long time coming!

Yes @EssJayyCee, ttc for 16 cycles then had a mmc in April. Am in my first cycle since the miscarriage. I don't chart or temp any more. Af should be here next weekend (or I am hoping it doesn't arrive). Having some tests under infertility clinic over the summer.

Quite a tricky chart to interpret! Do you take your temp at the exact same time each morning? I ask because throughout the cycle you have temps ranging 36.0 - 36.7, when the temperature shift would only be 0.4 or so difference. I'm just wondering if fluctuating times at which you take your temp could mask ovulation on your chart?

@lewk yes I take it at 6.30 every morning.
My temps are usually 36.0- 36.45 before ovulation and 36.5- 36.75 post ovulation but this cycle I think I have had a bit of hormonal imbalance with pco.

Ah okay then - looks like OV was around CD64 then, fingers crossed for BFP!

@VenusStarr I'm sorry to hear about your miscarriage :(
Have you got PCOS or anything or is it unexplained infertility?
Don't ever give up hope!

@lewk I am beginning to think it was more CD62 or CD64 as well hopefully CD64 Then we may have DTD at the right time 🤞🏻

Hopefully for you then - will you POAS two weeks from CD64 then unless AF appears? Yes I'm TTC, currently on CD56 though so in a slightly similar situation - only started BBT at CD41 though so not sure I've ovulated. Previously cycles have been 29-40 days. Just want AF now (or BFP but I think it's an annovulatory cycle!)

No advice I'm afraid but can I ask if you use an app to chart? If so, which one?

@leek yes I will test then. Its rubbish having long cycles! I think this cycle may be 2 cycles together for me.. I think I had an annovulatory one March-April and didn't bleed then April-may is the one I'm on now.. but not sure.. I just like to hope!

I have had a massive temp drop today so it's either AF on her way or a random temp (I woke up early) or possibly implantation? Hmm.

Probably unexplained @EssJayyCee. I ovulate OK and dh OK. I do have fibroids but they aren't problematic according to the doctors. Will find out more in September. Am holding out for us to manage to do it on our own...

I have had a big dip in my temperature so not sure what's going on.
Maybe implantation, maybe just a sign that I still didn't actually ovulate or it may just be that I woke up an hour earlier. I am hoping it will rise in the morning again!

I just started recording my bbt. I almost want to assume I never ovulated from the looks of this chart. What do yall think?
I am one day late but BFN yesterday. TTC for 3 months now.
