How long after Implant removal did AF come?

I've done some googling and just cannot find an answer. Doc said fertility returns to normal within a few days but I want to know how long before I should expect AF and what others experiences are?

I've had regular periods the whole time I've been on the implant.

I started having periods in the last few months before my implant ran out then it run out and my periods continued at a 31 day cycle for the first two months then on month three I got a 27 day cycle, followed by a 28 day. So although they came back before I actually had it out it did take 4 months to regulate.

Ah, so I could have quite a while to wait before my body properly regulates then 🙁 frustrating but I guess it is what it is

I can't really answer your question on when periods resume, however, I had my implant out and got a positive pregnancy test that same month... So I'd say fertility resumes very fast.

Some people do get pregnant before they even get their first period back. So don’t rule out being fertile just based on periods not returning

My period came back exactly when it was due after the implant was removed...pretty regular since then 😊
