Clearblue ovulation tests

Hi all.
My husband and I have decided to try for baby number 3. This is our first month trying. I have started to use the clearblue ovulation tests. I have had 7 days of flashing smileys, how many did you all get before getting a static? And how many tines a day did you test?
According to Ovia I have entered my fertile window today.
CM is Inbetween egg whitey and watery I think. lol. I've never actually tracked it before, in fact I never tracked anything with the first 2 and got pregnant straight away. But thought now we are both older we would try.

Mine went for 10 days once cycle. From other threads I've seen it can def flash for longer than that and then go smiley or never smile. Ovulation can be a tricky bugger. Between now and when you get a smile I'd just have sex every day or e ery other day to cover it

Hello! Similar story with me - I've two children already so TTC number 3. First two happened straight away and this time I came off the pill at Xmas 2018 and still no joy yet. I know it's early days. I'm 36. Started Cb opk last month and had three flashing smileys then a solid.
This month I'm on my second smiley today.
Reading the leaflet I think it says up to 8 days is possible before getting the solid smiley. And sometimes you need to stop at 8-10 days and start again the following month.
If I was you I would still dtd as much as possible during your fertile time and hopefully it'll be solid tomorrow x

Thank you both. I downloaded 2 apps, put all my info in, one says I started my fertile period last Thursday and due to ovulate tomorrow, the other is saying I'm just starting my fertile period today.
I am normally quite good at spotting ovulation symptoms but thought I'd check with the clearblue too.
How many times a day did you test?

I've just been testing once a day with fmu for the cb opk.
It's hard to know which app is right isn't it

Last month no flashing smileys, straight to static. This cycle 3 days of flashing and solid today.

Hi all. My last 2 cycles have been the same with CB advanced digital. Start testing on CD 8 which shows blank circle.
CD10 I get my flashing along with LOTS of EWCM for next 3 days.
CD11 I get my Static.
I DTD CD9, 11 + 12 this month so fingers crossed.
AF due Sunday 19th May!

First time using them, but I've just had CD12-15 flashing smilies and then a static today.

Dp and i are also trying to conceive dc3. First 2 pregnancies we fell pregnant straight away. (But that was 10 and 4 years ago- we are older now)
This month was the first month of trying, I tracked ovulation using 2 apps but each one had slightly different fertile days.
I think I am going to look into ovulation test.

@IsAStormApproaching Are you doing temps or anything? Apps can only go on the data you put in so if you're not I'd suggest ovulation test kits and temping.

I'm on CD15 and still getting flashing smileys. I'm getting EWCM. My last cycle was about 32 days so hoping that I ovulate very soon.
Period is due 31st May or 1st June xx

Hi all. I'm on CD17 and 10th day of flashing smileys. 😤 we've DTD 3 times in last week. I'm getting the symptoms of OV, ovary pains, lots of CM which has now become watery but no solid face. X

Finally a solid smiley after 11 flashing smileys xxx

Also gives me hope as I'm on day 6 of flashing smileys!
And problem is I've only two sticks left to test with. So after that there's no point starting a new box?
