Trying to concieve

Hey all. Me and partner have been trying for a baby for 3 months now. I was due on my period today but no sign. But any tests I've taken are negative. I've had cramping bit it's been really mild which isn't normal for me. Could I finally be pregnant or is my period just running late? TIA**

Your levels might be too low to detect. Digital are apparently a waste of time this early on. Hold out and see. Best of luck
