Period 3 weeks late?

I’ve been off the pill around 7 month, my periods have never changed since coming off, my period is 3 weeks late. No idea why no reason, I’ve taken pregnancy tests. All negative, I had some spotting and ovulation type discharge around when my period was actually due, but no sign of anything coming. Anyone know why my period could have just skipped a month? I’m very confused

Hey @shannan i dont have any amswers but im interested to see what people say 😁 ive been off the pill for 8 months now, on cycle 4. First 2 were 39 days, 3rd 41 days and i am currently on cd45! All tests are negative and ive had alot of white cm aswell. Very confusing!

Like you @Luckylola12 my cycles have been varying since coming off the pill in August last year. On cycle #7 and my cycles seem to be getting later and later! Currently CD34 I think. Not too long compared to some other women's cycles but I thought my cycles would get more regulated with time!

@am2019 thats what i thought too! Im so hoping im pregnant and its just not showing up on the test for some reason.....how long after stopping the pill did you get your first af? Mine was 3 months! I was on the pill for 10 years i hope it hasnt ruined my chances of ever conceiving!

@Luckylola12 fortunately AF came back straight away so I am really grateful for that. Was on the pill for around 8 and half years.

Was always worried about trying NOT to get pregnant 😂 now I'm so desperate for it to be the other way round!
It must just take our bodies some time to get used to a natural rhythm again... My sister, mum and grandma all conceived on cycle #1, I'm still here 7 cycles later! I know in the grand scheme of things that's not a long time at all, just the waiting is so hard!

Do you use any cycle tracking apps? I find Clue useful and have been using OPKs this month.

Mine will be 3 weeks late on Sunday. It happened once last year for no reason (around the same time) had a little spotting/brown blood around when I was due on and then it all stopped.

Hi @am2019 waiting is so so hard! I tried some clear blue opks but gave up haha! So no idea when i ovulated! Currently on cd46, no sign of af, pain in lower left of stomach and back today and dry white cm!

AF has arrived here 😐 seemingly out of the blue...no symptoms! Oh well upwards and onwards for next month!

Still no af here! My positive with my second didn’t show up till 2 weeks after missed period, but I think it would have showed up by now, I’ve made an appointment with doctor this morning to find out what’s going on!
