My Cervix is always really low sometime near opening !! Sorry is gross

as I have been checking my cervix for the Last few months I have noticed mine is always low sometimes cms from the opening its starting to worry me know as i am reading others saying they cant reach theirs !

Is there something wrong with me?? could this effect us TTC

If its still higher at some times of the month then others then id go with that. Sure the doc would have said something when you had a smear if it was in an unusually low place, but if your worried ask. Plus you need to be in the same position when you check it as it can make it seem higher or lower if you dont hope that helps

This is something I've wondered about. I know lots of people on here check cervical position. But I don't know how high or low is normal. My cervix seems low, only a few cms from the opening. But I had a smear test just two weeks ago and the nurse never mentioned anything odd about it. Also I was examined in hospital a few months ago (after m/c) and the first doctor couldn't even find my cervix and had to send for a second doctor . I have been told previously that I have a tilted womb so I don't know how that affects cervical position. Also I always think that since I don't have any problems BDing, it can't be too much of a problem. Maybe go to your doctor or nurse if you are worried.

my problem is i then check the internet and find terrible problems and decide I have them! have convinced myself i have a prolapsted uterus this i will get it checked out!
