Getting pregnant but no periods?

I came off of the pill in October to start regulating my cycle before TTC this year. To date I haven’t had a period.
We’ve been using other contraception until now but now want to be starting to try. Can you get pregnant without having any periods? I am due to go to doctor but any advice or success stories would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I think if you aren’t having periods then you aren’t ovulating so would be very tricky to fall pregnant. I’m not 100% sure though.
My periods were all over the place and incredibly irregular when I came off the pill for a year. They are back to normal now though
