We've been TTC since November and I'm getting a bit emotionally exhausted by it all.

My 2 best friends have gone through IVF and I was so positive that one of us was due a smooth ride of it.

AF is due on Saturday and I had a BFN from a FRER this morning. I've also got some PMT twinges now too so that's another month gone. It's upsetting having to tell my DH each month that's its a no when he's so excited and positive.

How do you stay positive each month?

I do think it helps to remember that it can take even healthy fertile young couples up to a year to conceive, and that that’s a totally normal range! And you’re only halfway through a whole year so plenty of time to go. Are you tracking ovulation to ensure you’re having sex on the best possible days?
