Confusing CM - help!

I posted this on another thread but thought I'd post here to see if anyone can help with any insight or has this happened to anyone else?

Stopped the pill end March 2019
First af (light 2/3 day bleed) weekend just gone (3-5th May)

So today I decided to try and see if I can check my cm and cervix(never tried before so had no idea! I want to say it's high and soft but not sure what I'm comparing it to (that's just from reading online how far fingers go in etc)

Sorry tmi coming up! When I pulled my fingers out it was stretchy and clearing but also pink....what is going on?! I'm only cd6 :s

I have no idea what my cycles are going as recently off the pill and assuming the bleed this weekend was af

Could the little bit of pink be blood from you poking around? Things up there are quite delicate and you can get tiny tears (which will do you no harm) quite easily.

I suppose it could be, I was very gentle and it didn't hurt but it could be really sensitive.
Should I be having that type of cm so soon after af?
