Hi.
I ovulate most months either day 19 or day 24.
I had unprotected sex on day 19.
Then on the 24th, I had period-like cramps in my legs, back and stomach.
So, are these cramps more likely to be ovulation cramps or as a result of being possibly pregnant from ovulating on CD19? Would 5dpo be too soon?

I had ewcm from day 15 until day 26 if that helps

Oh and today CD28, I’ve had twinges and pulling just above and just below my belly button sometimes spreading round my side
