FRER BFP .. Clear blue digi BFN!

Hi all,

I got 2 faint positives yesterday at 15dpo and another this morning at 16dpo.

But I got a bfn on a clear blue digi last night!?!

Has anyone experienced this? I’m worried that my HCG are lower then they should be for 15dpo!

Clear blue digis are considerable less sensitive than FRER. Congratulations, you’re pregnant x

Definitely pregnant. Clear blues aren’t as sensitive.

I think your lines look fine! I just took an FREE at 11dpo and the line is much fainter

FRER detects the hormone at 6.5miu whereas those Clearblue Digital's detect at 25miu I believe, so that's quite a difference in sensitivity.

Test again with a digital if you need to. I'd personally save the money. You've got your positive and unless AF comes, you're pregnant!

I'm surprised you didn't get a positive digital with those lines, they're pretty strong! Could you have ovulated earlier than 15 days ago?

Give it a day or two and try again. I agree it's loads nicer to get those words in black and white!

Clearblue's aren't actually that sensitive. Some of them are around 50miu! FRER are 6.5miu I believe. Congrats! x

Thank you everyone I’m sure I’m 15/16 dpo as I used the clear blue OPK and got a solid face on cd21. I got my frost bfp on cd38 x
