June Bus

All aboard...kickstarting the June bus as trying to remain positive now AF has just arrived.

Age: 39
Cycle: 2
CD: 1
AF/BFP due: 1st June

Going for number 3, but first with DP. Bit worried about my age and just coming off the pill but cycles seem pretty normal. Doing OPKs and night start temping.

Ok, finally got a positive OPK today! CD19 which I guess is average for my cycle length of 31.5 days!

Aaaaand my husband is working late tonight! So we'll have to dtd tomorrow and hope for the best.

Will I miss my ovulation?!

Hi, just wondering if you mind me joining here? (very happy to bugger off if you do :) ) - DP and I are ttc, but she will be doing the carrying. I carried my two eldest though, so I understand all of the "eww" bits of pregnancy first hand

Her info:
Ttc - first
Age - 30
Cycle - 1
CD - 13
AF due - 6/6

According to her period tracker she is due to ovulate approx on Thursday, donor sperm has so far been inserted on CD 7, 9 and 10.

@chanderl I think you'll be ok because a positive opk means you're due to ovulate in the next 24-36 hrs!

Probably not @chanderl but I think it can be anywhere between 12-36 hours after you get a positive. If you can, I would do it tonight, no matter how late ha!

@coastaldreamer - hello again! Cd11 here, so entering theoretical fertile window. Although no idea with my temps because I’ve been feverish for 3 nights so they’re all over the place. Opks getting stronger... good luck with deed doing!

Am ok. DH away tomorrow. Didn't dtd much this month to be honest. I think I ovulated earlier than app said I would. But have been bleeding last couple of days. No idea

We managed to dtd so fingers crossed.

Not sure we can squeeze another in tomorrow so that might be it for this cycle

Despite me saying I wasn't going to OPK I had some that I haven't used before so I tried it this evening.

@Coastaldreamer it looks like it's getting there to me. I've only used OPKs for the first time this month though so not exactly an expert! Sorry!

Still enjoying the novelty of DTD unprotected

I've had flashing smileys in the cb connected for the last 3 days. Already feel like I'm out this month. OH has a spinal cyst and isn't able atm. Going to be quiet for a while after this month as not gonna be actively trying. If it happens it happens. Can't do this no more. It's too disappointing every month. Good luck to you all

@Coastaldreamer let's hope so. I feel a bit blah about it. Only 3 more months then we can approach GP for help.

@mrsawhite I can imagine how you feel as I'm pretty much the same.

The GP told me to go back in 6 months after my scan showed I had some sort of internal problem but they didn't know if it was fibroids or not and that was in Feb. I'm hoping I fall pregnant before August though

@Coastaldreamer we've not been giving it any attention this time. Even forgot our pregnacare a few nights. Just have to see. Our friends have just announced. On their first try. Her with PCOS too. Sigh

@mrsawhite chin up. It will happen for us too, just a matter of when :)

According to period tracker, today should be ovulation day for DP, so we got the donor round (for breakfast ) first thing and have “dtd”. Fingers crossed...

@beyondoverthemoon how exciting! I'm so impatient waiting for ovulation! I've still go about 6 days to wait (if ov is on time).

I had a positive FRER on Monday, paler on Tuesday and negative on Wednesday. AF has started today so think I've had a chemical pregnancy. I also had one in March.

Onwards and upwards so joining the June bus.

Thanks @mumof1hants. I lost twins at 19 weeks in January so I'm pretty heartbroken at the mo. Have to keep looking to the future but I'm going to make an appointment with my GP tomorrow because I'm worried something is wrong.

@Squiff70 oh no that's awful. I'm truly sorry for your loss. How long have you been trying? X
