June Bus

All aboard...kickstarting the June bus as trying to remain positive now AF has just arrived.

This is me...

TTC: 3
Age: 39
Cycle: 2
CD: 1
AF/BFP due: 1st June

Going for number 3, but first with DP. Bit worried about my age and just coming off the pill but cycles seem pretty normal. Doing OPKs and night start temping.

@mumof1hants I'm 4DPO and slowly losing my mind, as per. 🥶😂

I wish I know if I even ovulated. Ahhhhh

@chanderl What CD are you? I'm CD17 and this is the closest I've had to a positive OPK this month. At least I think it's positive....it's taken me by surprise after having virtually no line for 4 days

I'm now CD18

I don't know when I'm supposed to ovulate though!

My cycles are typically 31.5 days according to an app I've used for years and years so it has tonnes of data

@chanderl it sounds like you are at least regular. I think most apps will guess your ovulation date to be 14 days before AF is due. So if that's 4th June, it would be tomorrow. Saying that mine is 2 days late so if you are like me, it could be in the next few days. So I'd keep using OPK's and checking over the next few days.

I'm always regular.

One app says I ovulated yesterday and another app says tomorrow. We had sex on Saturday and today so I'm hoping we caught it.

If I'm this neurotic at cycle 1, how bad am I going to be further down the line

I know @chanderl I can't help but have this pessimistic feeling, even though it's early days for me too. It's illogical thinking! Maybe we need to take one cycle at a time and wait for that bfp! If you've been logging cycles for a while then your apps might be pretty accurate at timing ovulation? Woukd be nice for your opk to confirm it though, too give you the best chance!

@Frillyfarmer & @flossy12 when is AF due and when ru planning to test?

I'm due around 31st May/1st June. I have family to stay that weekend though. Not sure whether to test early? I will be expected to drink so could be very awkward! X

I'm only cycle 2 and definitely neurotic!!

So neurotic I did another test as I didn't believe the first one. I think there's no doubt this one is positive.....if only DP was home!!

@mumof1hants I'm due AF on the 29th! 😬 but need to test on the 25th as away at the races so will be expected to drink 🤦🏼‍♀️

If BFN I'll probably wait for AF to show and if not test again on the 1st

It's my OV day and I'm 190 miles away from OH! We did manage to DTD this morning before I left, so hopefully we've been lucky. Now for my TWW.....it's going to be a long one.

@mumof1hants AF is due on 29th but I'm going to try my very hardest not to test until then as I've had 2 early MC this year and if it's a chemical I'd be happier not knowing... realistically I know I have 3 FRER upstairs and it's going to be an uphill battle not to test from around 9DPO which is when I usually lose the plot 😂

@Frillyfarmer sorry to hear that. I'll be losing it by then too so can give moral support! I convinced myself I was having implantation bleeding last month only to get my period a week early! May have just ordered some cheap early pregnant tests....

I've read a few of the 'symptoms' to spot but for me they all just sound like a normal run up to AF 😒

Me too @NLouise123 starting yesterday I've had a really bad break out and that's usual pre AF signals for me 🙃

Yeah I trust one of the apps, but the OPK ties in more with the other app! It's a mind game

Seems to be pregnant ladies and newborns everywhere today ! Have to keep reminding myself that I have got a 2 year old and 4 year old to keep me occupied . All this ttc and it not happening straight away has really made me realise how much I want another .
