June Bus

All aboard...kickstarting the June bus as trying to remain positive now AF has just arrived.

This is me...

Age: 39
Cycle: 2
CD: 1
AF/BFP due: 1st June

Going for number 3, but first with DP. Bit worried about my age and just coming off the pill but cycles seem pretty normal. Doing OPKs and night start temping.

@mrssunshinexxx Blimey, that's quite a large window between those three dates! It's all so confusing isn't it? Have you got opks?

@Tamalama yeah and all I've done is put same period dates in?! Will dtd tonight and tomorrow for sure then will really try to on sat as flow says that's o day.
We are on holiday next week so dtd shouldn't be a problem I just wish they all said the same it's so much pressure and if I don't cover he whole time when I get my bfn I'll feel really useless

No don't use them I would become too obsessed if no luck in a couple more months I would maybe try

@mrssunshinexxx No I don't really use them either, it's bad enough poas during the tww!

Sometimes it feels so regimented dtd during my fertile window, like I have to get as many days in as possible and it's often not spontaneous, if that makes sense? 😕

@Tamalama couldn't agree more I try my best to be subtle cos otherwise I do think it puts a lot of pressure on dh too

CD15 now. According to my previous guesses, i was due to ovulate yesterday. I always went by cramping the day before and then the appearance of EWCM as i only ever get it in a really short window - but now i'm wondering is that similar to the OPKs in that it's just an indicator that you will ovulate in the next 12-48 hours??

Anyway i just went to the toilet and now have EWCM - didn't do an OPK as thought i'd missed the surge, very confused! Had a bit of cramping on Monday...What's better about the clear blue ones? I just have ICs.

dtd Thurs, Sat and yesterday (Wed) so hoping i've covered most of my fertile window. Might try again tonight? Either was, tww is here :(

I try to be subtle too as my dh said he'd rather not know when we are dtd in my fertile window - not that it isn't obvious :P But in my experience, you don't have to be very subtle at all, they always feel like it's spontaneous as long as you don't go "ovulation is here, time to get going"

@mumofbun @mrssunshinexxx I don't tell dh when it's my fertile window and when I'm ovulating. I don't want to feel like I'm putting pressure on us or that we're only dtd because we have to 😂

I definitely think I ovulated Saturday night/Sunday morning, so I'm guessing I'm 4dpo now.

This was my opk test on Tuesday, I've just done one today out of curiously and the test line isn't there at all, so I definitely think I ovulated around the weekend and the surge has definitely gone.

@mumofbun yeah I think the signs are the same. You'll ovulate within a certain amount of time.
Nothing better about the clear blue, just as they're digital theres no lines to analyse. I over analyse everything 🙈

The Ewcm sounds a good sign though!
I've had none yet. Felt rubbish today though so i think ovulation hormones may be to blame.

@Treaclepie19 I’ve just changed ovulation to today as I usually do that for the day with ewcm and it seems to match up with when af is due. Means I’m now not due until the 27th so longer to wait :(

@mumofbun mine is due around the 25th so we can be cycle buddies :)
I'm hoping not to test until later that week anyway because with my short cycles I'd only be 3w 2d pregnant and it's no fun finding out that early!

@Treaclepie19 @mumofbun I'm due 26th! That was based on my original ovulation date through. I updated my ov date to last Sunday but it hasn't changed my af due date...

Tamala which app are you using? Mine changes af date but I’ve set my luteal phase to 13 days

@mumofbun I use period tracker, Fitbit, flo and Ovia!

@Tamalama oh wow loads! i've just experimented with moving my ovulation date around on Flo and it def should update when AF is due! Apparently it isn't possible to adjust it in Fitbit?!

@mumofbun Yep the Fitbit one doesn't let me change it, as I found out this morning, much to my frustration!

I've adjusted ovulation date on flo and it now puts af due date at 24th June. Period tracker says 26th and Ovia says 27th! Even though I've changed my ovulation date on all of them to the 9th! Can't change it on fitbit though, which makes that feature pretty pointless! 😂

Just trying to catch up on the last couple of days! Have been feeling quite drained lately but @mumofbun and @mrssunshinexxx I have also been watching love Island haha - it's a good distraction!

So I'm 9dpo and still have very sore/heavy boobs and very sensitive nipples since 1dpo - it's becoming quite frustrating now! @SLT90 do you still have the same symptom?

AF is due on Tuesday but I think I'll also to test this weekend. Fx for us all 🤞!!

@MeganMama28 I was so certain I was pregnant as I had some really strong symptoms that I don't normally get each month. The sore nipples lasted from 3 DPO to about 10 DPO and then turned into heavy, bigger, sore boobs complete with veins from 10 DPO to 12 DPO. But sadly AF arrived last night (12 DPO) a little earlier than expected after doing a weird bit of starting and stopping. Thought it was maybe IB but definitely seems to be AF today!!!!! So back to CD 1 for me, but I've made peace with it during today so all is good.

@SLT90 sorry AF arrived 🙁 sounds very similar to my symptoms along with cramping. Annoying when our bodies like to play tricks on us. I was trying to distract myself from symptom spotting this cycle but my boobs wouldn't let me!

I'm probably going to test tomorrow I want to see if I can drink over the weekend. I know 11dpo may not show anything but I'm losing willpower 😂

After my bfn negative last month I vowed I would not put myself through the stress of the tww by symptom spotting and googling things. I'm 5dpo and I've already started doing what I said I wouldn't do 😭

Dtd last night flow says I'm due to ovulate tomorrow so will dtd tonight and tomorrow morning fingers crossed as I'm out at a wedding all day from quite early reallllllly want this month to be the one

@Tamalama I know what you mean, I promised myself i would wait until AF is late but tempted to test Monday at 12 dpo
