June Bus

All aboard...kickstarting the June bus as trying to remain positive now AF has just arrived.

This is me...

Age: 39
Cycle: 2
CD: 1
AF/BFP due: 1st June

Going for number 3, but first with DP. Bit worried about my age and just coming off the pill but cycles seem pretty normal. Doing OPKs and night start temping.

So cramping really bad today, kinda like when AF arrives and feeling really sick. Also like when AF arrives. I'm on several apps and they all tell me AF is due different days. One says next Saturday, one says Friday and one says Thursday. If I'm due Saturday it would be too early to test with a FRER, but if I'm due Thursday then that in 5 days time and FRER can pick up 6 days before AF due. Do I test or do I wait? This is the first time I've been tempted this month 8dpo today.

@Mumof2boys18 how are you cycles normally? Like clockwork or varied? This is my first cycle off the pill, I think I've only had 2 or 3 cycles without the pill in my entire life! If I keep getting BPN then I'll start to concentrate on getting AF at all!

@Carysmatic I've not seen too many stories that have BFP on 8dpo. Could you have ovulated early? AF signs and BFP signs are soooo similar it's almost cruel!

@Carysmatic 8 dpo is very early. Even if you can wait until Monday you'll get a more accurate result. Implantation probably hasn't happened yet so likely no hcg to measure.

@NLouise123 yeah I could have ovulated early, I didn't track it this cycle as I was on holiday so no OPK or temping so really no idea when I ovulated, only going by apps. But these have been pretty spot on last few months. My cycle is very regular. I think I'll just have to hold on a few days. Wait and see what happens and if AF arrives. I may test 10dpo, dunno yet. Kinda wanted to wait until AF due to test, like I say today's the first day I've been tempted to test.

@Carysmatic if you feel you want to test today do it. Ultimately it all depends if you'd be ok with a bfn and the cost of potentially using up an FRER. If it'll make you feel better do it. Just bare in mind it could be a false negative this early. Good luck! Xx

@NLouise123 cycles are normally like clock work. Last cycle was 31 days, I normally have spotting for couple of days before AF arrives and I've had nothing this month. Feeling quite sick today, which is unusual for me, and light headed too.
My last pregnancy 6 years ago, I got the faintest line after AF due, I went the docs and they lab tested a sample and they showed negative. In the end I just bought a CB digi. Xx

@NLouise123 no signs of her at all 🤷🏼‍♀️ took an internet cheapie after holding urging for 3 hours so not the best 🙃 looked negative but after about 20 mins me and OH convinced ourselves there was a extremely faint line but then just put it down to evap, going to retest tomorrow, but I'm out tonight with the girls so going to try hold back on the alcohol even though I know it wouldn't effect anything this early x

So ovia has updated my info and today is the last day of my fertile week but up until two days ago I still had brown spotting from AF finishing. Can you start being fertile so soon after a period? We DTD the past three days so I'm hoping something has happened but now I'm not sure of anything

We're out for the boxing tonight so DP has done a test this morning just to be as sure as possible that she isn't before drinking - BFN. But AF still not due for a few days so it's not a definite no IMO, just a "not so far"...

@Carysmatic I'm with @Catconfusion, if you want to test today do it. The running theme here is you're not out till the witch arrives. Last week I said I wasn't going to test till tomorrow and I caved on Thursday, BPN for me it eased the not knowing a little bit, but now the temptation is building again.

@flossy12 I've not had so much as a flicker. All my tests have flooded though....go out and enjoy tonight. We're having a bbq so I'm just going to chill and take my mind of testing this weekend.

@NLouise123 I think I'd rather test with fmu so I've missed the boat this morning but I'll see how I feel on the morning, really want to wait and see after AF is actually due to test. Just get the random urges to test once in a while. It's passed now.

Flashing smiley opk this morning! Although I didn’t think I would ov until cd19 and that’s still 10 days away but guess my follicular phase is going back to good old 14 days so hopefully ov will be in the next 4 days ish

It's really hard isn't it @Carysmatic I've found it can spiral as well into spending loads on FRERs. Now I wait until it would show on a cheapy test unless I have a reason to find out early like a special event. Xx

@Catconfusion it's so hard not to test and hold off but it's also so tempting. One of my best friends who is pg tested early and got a BFN so her advise to me is to wait and wait before testing but it's so hard!! I have one IC test and 3 FRER tests so if I do cave I'll probably use the IC first!

6dpo today for me. Doing well to not over analyse symptoms lol. Only another 9 days maximum to wait 🤷‍♀️

Only 4 or 5 dpo and symptom spotting like crazy even though I know I shouldn't be.
Quick question...I used opks and am certain I caught my surge which is fine the day after I took another opk and a very, very faint line appeared which I'm assuming menas my surge was over or ending...I'm now paranoid I've missed my O day as it can take 12-36 hours to actually O. We DTD the 3 days before the surge, the day before, the day of and the day after...I just hope that has been enough for a wee swimmer to have made it

9 dpo here and I have nausea, am peeing more often, and am feeling much more emotional than usual. I had very few symptoms in early pregnancy last time, so DH is convinced I'm pregnant with twins

Well I gave in an POAS, got a BFN as expected really at 8dpo, feeling a bit pants though. I'm starting to really get signs of AF now, I get so moody and snappy in like the week leading up to AF and tonight just felt really grumpy. Could be of the BFN or PMS! Or both

@Stilltobeseen Sounds like you managed the best days possible! Day before, day of, day after... pretty sure those are the days statistically the best to DTD so don't worry!

Got my positive OPK this morning and we DTD yesterday and tonight. Not sure we will manage to hit tomorrow as well but we'll see how we get on!

Thanks @ohana6419 it's our first official month trying so just second guessing everything. Hopefully it works but it will happen when it happens I suppose.

13dpo and got a BPN this morning. Disappointed but not given up hope on this cycle just yet. Not going to test till AF is late so Thursday/Friday.
