My body is weird

Can anyone offer any insights into what's going on?

CD1- period starts, lasts 4 days (normal for me) and was definitely a period
CD 6- two strong lines on a OPK. Haven't had a result anywhere near as strong since. Thought this was weird as so soon after AF and my cycles are normally 31-33 days long. Some EWCM around this time which stopped soon after.
CD17- negative OPK, flo app predicted ovulation shortly after this date. Twingy pains which may have been ovulation, EWCM.
CD19 (today) - light spotting, twinges.

I have been feeling exhausted and nauseated for the past week or so. Normally don't have tummy issues and nothing has changed in my diet. DTD regularly from CD5.

Anyone identify with my situation?

Thanks!

You can have an LH surge and not ovulate. It sounds like this is what has happened. You may have had a second surge on CD17 and have ovulated now. Or you may just be having an anovulatory cycle. It happens sometimes even in healthy women. In all honestly I really wouldn't bother a doctor over one odd cycle. If it happens for a few months go see your own GP then. A walk in centre can't do referrals for things like this, but your own GP can.

It's gotten weirder!

CD21- cramps and bleeding. Never had a cycle of less than 29 days before. I'd estimate I'm around 4 or 5DPO. Is this likely to be be my period or implantation bleeding?
