Hi all,
Currently TTC but generally feeling generally unwell and nauseous for the last couple weeks (just BFNs so not pregnant as far as I know).
I am having a blood test - full blood count, thyroid, liver function, electrolytes and I am wondering whether a these blood test would show if I was pregnant or does that itself have to be a specific test?
TIA :)

You have to specifically asked for a beta hcg test to detect pregnancy x

Agree with previous poster. It's a different test.

If you suspect you're pregnant ask your go to add it on.

I had the day 21bloods last month as similar symptoms and it showed a b12 deficiency.
