im on day 26ish of my cycle i was out shopping today and i went for a wee and wiped and was shocked to see a light pink blood on tissue a .when i got home i checked there was a bit less when i wiped now but when i checked my panti liner there was a gungy brown discharge in my knickers i am also getting a tingling sensation on one side of my lower abdomin i have had bits of cramping earlier .has anyone else had this im normally pretty bang on with my periods ive been a day out max in past
